The Multi Pass was developed and based on everything that is loved about the Shaker Grate Series, taking it steps further. With built-in shaker grates and a removable ash pan, cleanup only takes a few minutes keeping the unit running at peak performance. Constructed from 409 Titanium Enhanced Stainless Steel we are able to achieve longer, and cleaner, burn times with the introduction of a triple-pass water-filled heat exchanger. The Multi Pass Series produces the highest efficiencies of a conventional outdoor furnace.

The triple pass water-filled heat exchanger was developed to allow for better efficiency than conventional units and far more efficiency. The heat exchanger is placed within the water jacket which increases the heat recovery when compared to the Shaker Grate Series.

The Multi Pass Series features a Heat Exchanger Cleanout Door, which is accessible from the front of the outdoor furnace, for a quick and easy ash cleaning experience. 

The Turbo Draft System introduces fresh air above the flame, forcing secondary gases downward to be burned before making their way into the triple-pass heat exchanger. This assists in ensuring that each burn cycle is cleaner and more efficient. When secondary gases are ignited temperatures of the fire dramatically increase making the burn more efficient, simultaneously increasing heat recovery, all while lowering creosote buildup in the chimney.

The addition of combustion air under the Shaker Grates helps in increasing the fire temperatures, making the burn more efficient and cleaner compared to other comparable conventional units on the market.

The Multi Pass series of outdoor furnaces feature an extra-large firebox door that is placed at an optimal height for easy loading. The firebox doors also have multiple layers of insulation and are equipped with our signature double safety latch handle system.
