The EPA Certified Fire Chief FC1700 Wood Burning Indoor Furnace is superbly engineered to deliver radiant heat and comfort to the largest of residences. Providing longer burn times and distributing more heat than pre-EPA approved furnaces, this Fire Chief unit promised quality performance. Its temperature-controlled draft blower and self-regulating secondary air control system allow for long, consistent burn times that do not require supervision. Fire Chief’s use of the industry’s strongest high capacity, 3-speed adjustable draft blower offers reliable distribution and whole-home circulation of heat. The furnace’s digital thermostat then monitors the temperature to keep comfort consistent while ensuring maximum performance with less user interaction.
