    Staci Payson's Impeccable customer service
    December 11, 2015
    Reviewer: Charles Berdet
Staci Payson is one individual who deserves recognition as someone who has gone beyond the "call of duty" and is a great asset to Obadiah's Woodstoves. I had an issue with my stove that she handled with perfection. She stayed in touch with me throughout the claim process from beginning to resolution. Her demeanor was always reassuring and comforting. I felt as though her heart was with me and she truly cared to see my issue taken care of as though I was a family member. She is to be congratulated on her people skills and her detailed "follow-through". If I owned a company that required a customer service department, I'd try to steal her from Obadiah's to be in charge of that department for me. Thank you Staci for all you did for me, and thank you Obadiah's for employing such a quality individual to handle and work with me.
